About Bizloanly Capital

Experienced business financing guidance. Real relationships. Better options for business owners.

Bizloanly Capital is a business loan brokerage and business financing company built around a simple belief: small business owners deserve to understand their financing options before they make a decision.

Behind Bizloanly Capital is founder Raoul Cannon, a business financing professional with more than 15 years of firsthand experience helping entrepreneurs access capital through business term loans, merchant cash advances, equipment financing, factoring, working capital, and other forms of small business financing.

This isn't a company created yesterday to generate online loan leads — it's the next chapter of a business that has been helping companies navigate the alternative lending marketplace for more than a decade.

Our history

More than 15 years in business financing

Bizloanly Capital's story began more than 15 years ago as Merchant Advance America — and its evolution reflects how the alternative lending industry itself has changed.

Merchant Advance America

Founded as merchant cash advances became a popular way for businesses with strong sales but limited bank access to obtain working capital. Raoul worked directly with owners seeking MCAs, factoring, equipment financing, term loans, and working capital.

~9 years

Bizloanly

As MCA products grew more expensive and aggressive across the industry, the company expanded beyond a single product into a broader range of business term loans and commercial financing — and took the name Bizloanly, a combination of "business" and "loan."

Today

Bizloanly Capital

The next generation of that company: 15+ years of lending experience combined with today's broader financial marketplace and lending technology, relaunched with one deliberate mission.

Business owners needed more options.

Why we relaunched

Give small business owners a better lending experience

There are more business financing products available today than when Merchant Advance America began. That's good news — but more choices don't automatically make obtaining financing easier.

A business owner searching for a small business loan, working capital, a line of credit, equipment financing, or fast business funding can quickly encounter dozens of companies promising nearly identical things: fast approvals, easy funding, bad credit accepted, money in 24 hours.

What often receives far less attention is the most important question:

Is this actually the right financing for the business?

That's where Bizloanly Capital takes a different approach. We believe the conversation should begin with the business — not the financial product.

A brokerage, not a one-product company

Built around the business owner

Our role is to understand what a business owner is trying to accomplish and help identify financing options that may fit through our network of lenders and funding providers.

Business Term Loans

A lump sum with an established repayment period — useful for expansion, inventory, renovations, refinancing, hiring, or marketing.

Business Lines of Credit

Flexible access to working capital when you need it, without borrowing the entire available amount at once.

Equipment Financing

Financing structured around the asset — vehicles, machinery, technology, restaurant, medical, or construction equipment.

Accounts Receivable Factoring

Convert eligible unpaid invoices into immediate operating capital rather than waiting 30, 60, or 90 days.

Working Capital Financing

Support for payroll, inventory, seasonal expenses, marketing, unexpected costs, and everyday cash-flow needs.

Merchant Cash Advances

Revenue-based funding that can provide fast access to capital when other financing isn't available — one option among several, not the default.

Availability doesn't automatically make a product the best choice. We believe business owners should understand the cost, repayment structure, frequency of payments, and impact on cash flow before accepting any financing offer.

Experience changes the conversation

Every business is different

After more than 15 years in the industry, we've watched lending products, underwriting technology, funding requirements, and borrower expectations change dramatically. But one thing hasn't changed: every business is different.

  • A restaurant with strong daily card revenue doesn't have the same financing profile as a trucking company purchasing equipment.
  • A medical practice waiting on receivables may have completely different needs from a retailer buying seasonal inventory.
  • A contractor needing capital to start a project may need a different solution than a company financing long-term expansion.

That's why Bizloanly Capital doesn't believe in forcing every applicant into the same funding box. Our objective is to help identify financing that makes sense for the business, use of funds, revenue profile, timing, and available lending options.

What we believe

The Bizloanly Capital difference

We believe business owners should know what they're signing — factor rates, APR, origination fees, payment frequency, personal guarantees, and UCC filings shouldn't be treated as fine print.

Transparency

Business owners should understand the financing being presented to them.

Choice

When multiple financing options are available, owners should be able to compare them.

Experience

15+ years in business financing provides perspective an automated application can't replace.

Relationships

Behind every application is a real company, real employees, and a real entrepreneur.

Responsible Matching

The fastest available financing is not automatically the best financing.

Long-Term Thinking

Good financing should support what the owner wants the business to accomplish tomorrow.

Meet the founder

RAOUL CANNON
Founder, Bizloanly Capital

Raoul Cannon has spent more than 15 years working within business financing and alternative lending. He began the company as Merchant Advance America, initially helping businesses access merchant cash advances while also working with factoring, equipment financing, and business loan products.

As the financing marketplace changed, so did his view of what a business financing company should provide. Rather than build a business around continuously selling one financial product, Raoul expanded the company's lending relationships and transitioned Merchant Advance America into Bizloanly.

Start with what the business needs. Then find the financing product that makes sense.

After operating Bizloanly for approximately nine years, Raoul is now relaunching the company as Bizloanly Capital — combining years of industry experience with today's broader financial marketplace and lending technology. His goal: build the kind of business financing company he believes small business owners deserve — experienced, transparent, accessible, knowledgeable, and focused on finding the right capital, not simply the fastest capital.

Why work with a broker

We simplify the search

Searching independently can mean multiple lenders, multiple applications, and different qualification standards. Bizloanly Capital works to connect qualified businesses with appropriate financing sources based on:

  • Time in business and monthly/annual revenue
  • Cash flow and credit profile
  • Industry and financing amount requested
  • Intended use of funds and existing obligations
  • Available collateral, when applicable
  • Desired repayment structure

The bigger picture

Capital should help you move forward

Business owners usually aren't looking for financing because they want another payment — they're looking for what the financing allows them to accomplish: buying another truck, opening another location, purchasing inventory, hiring, replacing equipment, launching a campaign, taking on a large contract, managing seasonal cash flow, or refinancing expensive debt.

Capital is a tool. And the right tool should help move your business forward.

We know the business lending and merchant cash advance industries have not always earned the trust of small business owners — and we know trust isn't created by putting the word "trusted" on a website. It's earned through actions. That's why we're putting a real company history, a real founder, and more than 15 years of experience behind the Bizloanly Capital name.

Your financing should fit your business — not the other way around.

A business loan brokerage and commercial financing company that helps business owners explore financing through participating lenders and funding providers — including term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, factoring, working capital, and merchant cash advances.

No. Bizloanly Capital operates as a business financing brokerage. Rather than offering only one proprietary loan product, we work to connect businesses with lenders and funding providers whose programs may fit the applicant's qualifications and capital needs.

How long has Bizloanly been in the business financing industry?

Founder Raoul Cannon began the business more than 15 years ago as Merchant Advance America. It later evolved into Bizloanly as its focus expanded beyond merchant cash advances into a broader range of business lending products. Bizloanly Capital represents the next generation of that company.

Merchant cash advances and other revenue-based funding may be available for qualifying businesses through participating funding providers. We believe owners should evaluate the total cost and repayment structure and consider other appropriate alternatives before selecting a funding product.

What can business financing be used for?

Depending on the financing program, capital may be used for working capital, equipment purchases, inventory, expansion, renovations, payroll, marketing, refinancing, contract fulfillment, business acquisitions, and other legitimate business expenses.
